huh!?

Ive never seen anything like this come out of the animated video community...
As quoted from Zeitguised website,

Although very surreal and disturbing at times, aesthetically, it is very pleasing. Also, the soundtrack brings a strong sense of being to these plant-body-machine models. Over all, amazing... enjoy...
