The lineup for this summer's Pitchfork Music Festival, going down in Union Park July 17-19 by way of Chicago, was already looking pretty great, but the addition of the Flaming Lips puts it over the top. One day pass for July 17, 18, or 19: $35.00
a couple weeks ago they announced the initial lineup for the music fest, featuring a new series kicking off Friday night, July 17, called "Write the Night: Set Lists by Request". You, the audience, vote on which songs all four bands-- Built to Spill, the Jesus Lizard, Yo La Tengo, and Tortoise-- will play.
